What hardware do I need?
None to start. The till runs in a browser on a phone, tablet or laptop. Bluetooth scanners, thermal receipt printers and cash drawers are supported when you want them.
How long can it stay offline?
Up to seven days of continuous offline trading on a single device. Sales, refunds and stock movements queue in order and replay exactly when the connection returns.
Can different staff have different permissions?
Yes on Growth and Enterprise. Restrict discounts, refunds, price overrides and the cash drawer per role, with every override recorded in the audit log.
